Cupping

Cupping works by creating a vacuum in a glass to draw blood flow to the surface of the skin. This therapy has been practiced in mnay parts of the world throughout history, and even in ancient egypt.

In Tradional Chinese Medicine this technique is used to open acupuncture pathways to promote the flow of qi and blood. It is used to activate the muscles and lymphatic system and is a great way to relieve muscle tension.
